Return Policy – Ilmi Nest
At Ilmi Nest, we aim to ensure that every customer receives their books in perfect condition. To maintain a smooth and fair process, please read our return policy carefully:
1. Check the product in front of the delivery person.
Customers must inspect the book(s) at the time of delivery while the delivery-man is present.

2. Issues must be reported immediately.
If there is any damage, wrong item, or missing item, please inform the delivery-man on the spot.

3. No claims accepted after the delivery-man leaves.
Once the delivery personnel has left, we will not be able to accept any complaints or return requests regarding product condition.

4. Packaging damage due to courier handling should also be reported instantly during delivery.
